All orders are processed within [1-3 days, with the exception of books]. Production time for paperback books takes 1-5 days. Production time for hardcover books may take up to 10 days.

Standard Shipping: 14-21 days
Priority Shipping: 7-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 5 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Online Cashback Shopper and its affiliates are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Online Cashback Shopper and its affiliates are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Upon receipt of your email, we will fully examine the situation and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time of up to 14 days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product - contingent upon you dropping off the defective products to an approved retail location near you.
