This horrifying yet humorous collection explores the many facets of death, society’s inevitable doom and the many different possibilities of an apocalypse. These chilling tales may result in shudders of terror, tears of laughter, or contemplations of one’s own existence. This collection is a study in three forms, short story, ten-minute play, and novella, but each contain an aspect of death, whether it be grim or humorous.
These stories travel across nations, from the Americas, to Denmark, to Egypt and back again. Told from a multitude of viewpoints, including humans, gods, and mythical realities, each character struggles through the hardships of the ending of their world as they know it. Some survive, but none live happily ever after.
